    Profile & settings

Everything you answered during setup lives on the Profile tab and can be changed any time — nothing is locked in. One rule governs all of it: this week's plan never rewrites itself under you. Saving changes shows a review of exactly what next week looks like; the week you're mid-way through stays as planned.

    The top row

    Pace lab

Race-equivalent pacing: pick a distance (5K/10K/Half/Marathon presets) and time, and see what it implies across training paces and other race distances. Useful for "what would my half time say about my marathon?"

    Gear

Your shoes — mileage per pair, added right from the post-run check-in's "+ New shoe" chip or here.

    Data

The connections screen: Apple Health sync status and Resync, Strava connect/disconnect and Resync (history import), and per-source sync stats. If runs are missing, start here.

    My info

First name (what the app calls you) and distance units — miles or kilometers, applied everywhere instantly.

Most recent race or time trial

Distance, finish time, date. This anchors your current fitness — training paces and the goal forecast derive from it until fresher results arrive. Ran something recently? Updating this is the single highest-impact edit on the page.

    Weekly schedule

The structural settings — all apply from next Monday

    • Days/week (3–7) — your ceiling. 7 = daily running; the easiest day becomes a short recovery jog and the rest-day questions disappear.
    • Long run day — the week's anchor; everything else is placed around it.
    • Quality / speed days — your harder sessions (intervals, tempo, hills). Most runners pick 1–2; empty means Cadeo places them on sensible days.
    • Days I can't run — hard constraints; the plan never schedules these.
    • Rest day priority — tap to rank which rest days matter most, so when something has to give, the right one gives.

Saving opens the review modal: a day-by-day "now → after" of next week. Nothing is saved until you confirm.

    Data baseline & heart rate

Data baseline shows the HRV and resting-heart-rate baselines the engine has learned — tap a value that looks wrong to flag it. Heart rate holds LTHR and Max HR: leave them blank and Cadeo estimates from your races and tempo runs (updating when a race moves your threshold), or enter lab/watch numbers to anchor on your own values.

    Redo setup

Runs the full onboarding again — goal, schedule, everything — and rebuilds the plan fresh. Use it after a big life change (new goal race, injury comeback, moved cities); for a single setting, editing above is faster and keeps your history.
