    Using Cadeo day to day

Cadeo is built around one idea: open it in the morning, get one honest answer to "what should I run today?", go run. Everything else supports that loop.

    The daily loop

    1. 1

      Morning: 10-second check-in

How you feel, your legs, stress. This isn't decoration — your answer feeds today's verdict directly. Say your legs are heavy and the day's prescription accounts for it.
    2. 2

      Read today's card

The prescription: run type, distance, and pace range — already adjusted for your recovery, the weather, and where you are in the week. "Why this run?" expands the reasoning; "What to focus on" gives the day's one cue. Not feeling it? Add rest day instead is right there, and the week redistributes honestly — no guilt mechanics.
    3. 3

      Run with your watch

Nothing to start or stop in Cadeo. Record the run however you always do; it syncs through Apple Health when you next open the app.
    4. 4

      After: post-run check-in

Effort (RPE), any soreness, which shoes. Thirty seconds — and it's how the engine learns the difference between "hard day that went well" and "easy day that shouldn't have felt like that." RPE is your 1–10 gut read: 2–3 truly easy (full sentences possible), 5–6 comfortably hard (phrases), 8+ race effort (words, barely). There's no wrong answer — honest beats precise.

    The tabs

    Today

The loop above — verdict, prescription, recovery and sleep dials, this week's progress strip.

    Runs

Every synced run with its analysis: splits, effort zones, efficiency, and a composed readout of what the run actually was. Race-tagged runs get a full race page — splits story, effort, conditions, and your words.

    Schedule

The next 21 days, your goal-race arc (base → build → peak → taper), and the calendar. The current week never silently rewrites itself: changes you make apply from next Monday, and anything Cadeo adjusts announces itself.

    Trends

The longer arcs: body signals (heart rate, sleep) over 30 days, running efficiency over the block, long-run progression. Bars only appear once there's enough real data to mean something.

    How the plan adapts

Two rhythms. Daily: the morning verdict tunes today from your overnight data and check-in — a rough night makes tomorrow's plan honest about it. Weekly: Monday re-sizes the coming week from what you actually ran, not what was hoped. Miss days? The plan meets you where you are instead of piling the debt forward. Every adjustment is disclosed on the card it touches — if Cadeo re-reads a run or reshapes a week, it says so, in words.
